P2: Plank hold

P1: 3 wall walks , 10 burpees, or H.S. Walk 15 feet

P2: KB front rack hold (53/35)

P1: Lunge walk (down/back) or 20 squats

P2: Pull-up hang

*P1 must stop working if

P2 drops out of hold

Each partner does each movement before moving into the next set of movements.
